Just Some Ideas
to make beautiful memories

As my mind ambles through your day, I think of things that may make your experience more memorable. I offer them to you to use if you wish.

Thank you notes to those who have watched you grow.
Memory Book of all your years and what you have learned

Scrapbook instead of a guest register. Have them sign cards to be placed in a scrapbook next to their photo.

When your mother is seated hopefully by someone special, take time  to give her a kiss.

How about leaving a long stemmed rose on her chair with a little hand written note tied to the stem. It can be placed in an envelopte with a pretty handerkerchief (just in case she cries!)

On your wedding knight, it would be so memorable if you left a little gift on your loved one's pillow to be found after the ceremony. Maybe even something engraved.

After the wedding festivities are over and the two of you return to your Queens Sweet, what a surprise it would be to find your room filled with roses!  At least 3 or 4 dozen to be dramatic! We can quietly come up to your room during the reception and fill the room with a rainbow of roses!  Now would that win somebody's heart!

If you are having guests stay at the Inn, it is a delight to arrive and find a platter of freshly baked chocolate chip cookies and cold chocolate milk waiting to greet them in their room. I can take care of that.

How about a massage either before the wedding to relax an already stressed bride or groom or anyone else for that matter!
If not before, then the next morning. Just ask, I can arrange this.

Group Hug
I witnessed a lovely welcoming gesture at a wedding recently where the father gave a toast and invited all the members of the bride's immediate family up in front of the guests. Then he invited the groom up. The family surrounded the groom and they all joined in a group hug welcoming the groom into the family. It was so lovely!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Pictures
Stand back to back and then look over your shoulder. Now snap the picture as you face her.

Have everyone go into a huddle with arms around each other (Brides maids and bride). Have the photographer lay on the ground and shoot straight up at all the laughing faces.

If you bring disposable cameras, be sure to put some on the front porch and ceremony chairs. If you only have the cameras on the reception tables, you will only get pictures of the reception and not the ceremony.
Head Table
When everyone is at the "Head Table" you have broken up several couples who now have to sit apart from the one they love.
Put all the wedding party couples together with their significant other so they will be happy with the one they love. The Bride and Groom can now sit at a "Sweetheart Table" together and everyone is happy.
For attractive lips, speak words of kindness.

For lovely eyes, seek out the good in people.

For a slim figure, share your food with the hungry.

For beautiful hair, let a child run his/her fingers through it once a
day.

For poise, walk with the knowledge that you never walk alone.

People, even more than things, have to be restored, renewed, revived,
reclaimed,
and redeemed; never throw out anyone.

Remember, if you ever need a helping hand, you will find one at the end
of each of your arms. As you grow older,
you will discover that you have two hands; one for helping yourself, and
the other for helping others.
